I had been powerlifting for two years and thought I knew alot but was stagnating. Caitlyn provided me with 12 week powerlifting coaching based on a periodisation programme which she adjusted each week depending upon my progress. WOW Caitlyn was fantastic - in the first 9 weeks I put 20kg on my squat 1rm, 15kg on my DL and 10kg on my bench. She is such a pleasure to work with, a perfect blend of tough love! Her service was fabtastic. She replied to my endless questions/feedback and worries with patience and encouragement. I am now three weeks into a hypertrophy programme with Caitlyn. The structure is totally different from PL showing the breadth of her understanding of the different disciplines. I love this process just as much as the last one!
Whether you are an absolute novice, an intermediate lifter or a competitive lifter, Caitlyn will have something for you that will make you a better lifter. A wonderful lady with an amazing work ethic- highly recommend!!!

For 1.5 years, I’ve been actually lifting I pretty much taught myself everything and I came to a point where in order to improve I needed proper guidance and support. Little cues, pointers and change up of the routine made a tremendous improvements in my training over as little as 2 weeks. Everyone is a personal trainer these days and everyone is giving advice but there aren’t that many people who actually prove their knowledge with results. I can’t even describe how thankful I am to this amazing couple, Cait and Drew, that kicked me out of comfort zone but in a controlled environment and put all the time and effort to make sure I know what I’m doing.
